Record nominations for the Nobel Peace Prize..!!!!!!!!

To 241  a new record number in the annals of the institution, are coming the nominations submitted to the Norwegian committe for the Nobel Peace Prize of 2011!
The deadline for the nominations' submissions expired on February 1st and in accordance with the Permanent Secretary of the Geir Lountestant, 188 personalities and 53 organizations have been nominated for the Nobel.

Among the nominees who have been till now known are, the Russian activist Svetlana Ganouskina, the WikiLeaks and personalities of the "Arabian Spring".
The winner's name will be announced on October! The prize is traditionally awarded on December 10, anniversary of death of of the institution's founder, the Swedish inventor of dynamite Alfred Nobel.
